Registration Information
- Register early as space may be limited and pre-registration is advised.
- Registrants should arrive 15 minutes prior to class to confirm registration.
- Confirmations will be mailed in advance.
- Registrations by FAX will be accepted for CREDIT CARD charges only (510-663-2761).
- Phone registrations will not be available.
General CE Course Information
- CNA reserves the right to substitute qualified faculty for those listed.
- Lunch is included. Parking is on your own.
- Absolutely no recording or videotaping of courses allowed.
- Registrants must attend confirmed location.
- Attendees must remain for the full day to receive CE credit.

- All class times are 9:00am – 4:00pm.
